Refund policy


We have a 14-day return and exchange policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return or exchange. 

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn, unused, unwashed, with tags and in its original packaging. For exchanges, if the new size requested by you is not available, you can avail either a refund or a store credit. 

To start a return or exchange, click here, provide the order number and the email or mobile number that was used to place the order, and select the item(s) that you want to return or exchange. Once the request is accepted and processed, we will email you a tracking ID and schedule a pickup for you. Keep the return ready in its original packaging with all tags intact. The field executive will refuse to accept the returns if the product is soiled or the product tag and original packaging is not intact. 

You can track your return using the link in your pickup confirmation mail.

Once we receive the product back, we’ll process your refund or ship you the exchange items. 

Exchange is possible only once. If you opt to exchange the product a second time, you would have to bear the reverse shipping charges and forward shipping charges, which would cost you 200 INR.

International Orders:

  1. If unfortunately you have to cancel an order, please do so before your order is shipped.
  2. If you cancel your order before your product has been shipped, we will refund the entire amount
  3. If incase you want to return the products , the shipping , customs or any other additional charges would have to be borne by the customer. Once we have received the products a quality check would be done by our team. Please make sure that the original product tag and packing is intact when you courier it back to us
  4. The amount refunded to you would be only for the products. Shipping charges are non refundable
  5. If you receive any defective product, do contact us immediately by mailing us at care@reccy.in with your Order ID and send us a snapshot of the defect. We will either provide you a credit note or refund the amount of that defected product
  6. We do not have an exchange policy for international customers.
